Policy
Rainy Day Policy:

E & X Party Rentals will not set-up inflatable equipment in rain or high winds (in excess of
15 mph) or muddy conditions.  It is strongly recommended that you reserve an alternate
indoor location for your event (such as a church, school, gym, or firehouse).

In the event of highly possible bad weather, you will be given the option to cancel the
morning of your event.
If you choose to have us come out and we are unable to set-up due to weather conditions
(wind, rain, snow, mud) your payment will not be refundable.

Once the inflatable equipment is set-up, the full amount of the rental is non-
refundable, even if the event is cut short due to bad weather.

During periods of a severe weather conditions E & X Party Rentals reserve the right to
cancel your reservation at any time.

If conditions are not to severe we will give you the option of keeping it or not.  If you decide
to keep the unit for the full term.  CHILDREN'S SAFETY DEPENDS UPON YOU.  Your
personal supervision is absolutely required.  As the lessee of the E & X Party Rentals unit
safety of all riders is your responsibility.
