E & X Party Rentals is located in Los Angeles County California. We deliver and set up our products within in Los Angeles County only (applicable delivery charges apply).
Electricity is required for the blower fan on our inflatable's, however we also have generators available to service any party, anywhere. Our setup crew is courteous and professional and will take care of everything for you. Please contact us if you have any additional questions, or concerns not covered below. Delivery Times
At E & X Party Rentals, we do our best to accommodate everyone's party. We attempt to deliver our inflatable bouncers as early as possible, and as on time as possible. The delivery time quoted to you is an approximate time only. Due to unforeseen events and strenuous delivery schedules, actual delivery time may vary. Please make sure you give us the time of your party, so that we can ensure that your inflatable bouncer is up and ready to go for your party. In most cases, all bouncers are delivered in the early AM, and picked up between 8- 10 p.m.
Our inflatable's can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, dirt, or any other surface that is relatively flat.
Slightly sloped driveways are not a problem, we set up on them all of the time.
You must have at least 1 foot of extra space around the perimeter of the inflatable.
The entrance side of the bouncer should be facing an open area.
There must be an electrical outlet within 100 Feet of the Unit. Otherwise there will be an additional charge per day for a generator.
We cannot set up a unit on the sand.
Safety Policies will be posted on all units. Please be sure to read them thoroughly before letting children climb inside.
Please do not allow ANY food, drinks or sharp objects inside of the units to avoid possible damage.
No SILLY STRING allowed in the unit. A cleaning fee will be charged if this occurs.
